Senior Product Manager oversees API product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for a global employment compliance platform.
Leads product strategy and development for a global payroll and employment compliance platform.
Design and deliver AI-powered features for financial crime compliance software, collaborating across product and design teams to build scalable, production-ready systems.
Hummingbird is a remote-first, fully distributed team united by the shared mission of helping fight financial crime. Since our launch in 2017, we’ve helped major financial institutions and tech-savvy trailblazers alike (e.g. Stripe, Affirm, Evolve Bank etc.) orchestrate their compliance programs through our thoughtfully designed, intuitive SaaS product. We believe finding and stopping financial crime is a problem rooted in code, language and design, so we built the product that the heroes doing this work deserve.
We are customer-obsessed, and we love building and shipping great products. We set a high bar, challenge our assumptions, seek diverse opinions, and support each other to do our best work.
We do our best to write inclusive, descriptive and accurate job descriptions, but we’re not always perfect. If you’re interested in the role, we’d love to hear from you even if you don’t feel like you meet everything we’re looking for. We’re always iterating and improving, and it’s possible that your experience is even more impactful than we could have imagined.
About the role
At Hummingbird, we’re building better software to fight financial crime—and our engineering team makes that mission possible. As a Senior Software Engineer on the Cortex Team, you’ll play a key role in driving AI at Hummingbird. You’ll design and deliver customer-facing AI features that make complex work more intuitive and efficient, and iterate on existing features, like our context-aware AI Assistant and Review Agent.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other engineers to bring ideas to life—from prototyping to production. You’ll balance thoughtful model and tool selection with sound engineering principles, ensuring our systems are scalable, secure, and auditable. The projects you’ll take on are often ambitious and open-ended, and you’ll have the trust and autonomy to drive them from concept to completion.
We’re looking for someone who’s curious, collaborative, and motivated by impact—someone who thrives in the messy middle of hard problems and helps bring clarity and direction to the team. If you’re excited to use AI and data to make the world’s financial systems safer and more transparent, we’d love to meet you.
What you’ll do:
What we’re looking for:

We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please don’t hesitate to contact us to request accommodation.

Your mission is to own your product area end to end: not just the software, but the full experience customers and internal teams get from it, including the API surface other teams and integrators build on.

Beyond compensation, we provide the foundations that enable long-term success: a flexible, employee-led remote model, a professional development stipend, comprehensive health and parental leave plans, and more. If you’re ready to build for the long term and own the outcome, your journey starts here.

Our goal is to ensure that all members of our team can contribute effectively, whether they are working on-site, in a hybrid model, or fully remotely. At Samsara, we build for the people who keep the global economy moving. We want owners, not passengers, which is why our rewards are designed to fuel high-impact builders. Our compensation program delivers above-market total compensation through a combination of base salary, performance-based bonus/variable pay, and equity (for eligible roles) in a high-growth public company. We meaningfully differentiate pay for our top performers, who have the opportunity to earn above-market compensation that can outpace the broader market over time.
Beyond compensation, we provide the foundations that enable long-term success: a flexible, employee-led remote model, a professional development stipend, comprehensive health and parental leave plans, and more. If you’re ready to build for the long term and own the outcome, your journey starts here.
Flexible Working
At Samsara, we embrace a flexible working model that caters to the diverse needs of our teams. Our offices are open for those who prefer to work in-person and we also support remote work where it aligns with our operational requirements. For certain positions, being close to one of our offices or within a specific geographic area is important to facilitate collaboration, access to resources, or alignment with our service regions. In these cases, the job description will clearly indicate any working location requirements. Our goal is to ensure that all members of our team can contribute effectively, whether they are working on-site, in a hybrid model, or fully remotely. All offers of employment are contingent upon an individual’s ability to secure and maintain the legal right to work at the company and in the specified work location, if applicable.
Belonging at Samsara
At Samsara, we welcome everyone regardless of their background. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, disability, age, and other characteristics protected by law. We depend on the unique approaches of our team members to help us solve complex problems and want to ensure that Samsara is a place where people from all backgrounds can make an impact.

Samsara is an inclusive work environment, and we are committed to ensuring equal opportunity in employment for qualified persons with disabilities. Please email accessibleinterviewing@samsara.com or click here if you require any reasonable accommodations throughout the recruiting process.

Design and scale loyalty programs for clients by auditing existing programs, defining strategy and mechanics, and translating recommendations into execution-ready frameworks.
About Right Side Up
Please note, this posting is to highlight joining Right Side Up’s talent collective specifically and is not representing an internal full-time role, or a current opportunity with a client.
Right Side Up is a collective of premium marketing talent—with all of the marketing chops, and none of the agency fluff. We’re trusted by the most respected early-stage ventures, the fastest-growing tech companies, and well-established Fortune 500 teams to do one thing better: Growth. We have over 250+ clients including Stitch Fix, Sephora, Yelp, Sun Basket, Crunchbase, DoorDash, Calm, and more.
We’re seeking freelance Loyalty Program Strategists to help our clients design, evaluate, and scale loyalty programs that drive real business growth. This is a niche, senior specialty: we’re looking for people who have actually built and shipped loyalty programs at leading brands, across B2B, B2C, and marketplace models, and who bring a blend of product and marketing instincts to the work. Contract projects typically range from 10–20 hours per week, depending on client needs and project scope.
Audit existing loyalty or rewards programs, including mechanics, redemption structures, and unit economics.
Evaluate whether a loyalty program is the right growth lever for a given business, product, or customer segment, and make the case either way.
Design loyalty program strategy and mechanics tailored to B2B, B2C, and marketplace business models.
Build the business case connecting loyalty investment to retention, repeat behavior, and revenue growth.
Assess customer behavior, segmentation, and what motivates a given audience to take action.
Benchmark against competitors and comparable loyalty programs, and know when a comparison does or doesn’t translate.
Partner closely with product, marketing, and finance stakeholders to align on scope, priorities, and tradeoffs.
Translate strategy into a clear, execution-ready framework or proposal that product and engineering teams can build against.
Define success metrics and measurement frameworks for new or evolved loyalty programs.
Advise on program structure, including tiering, earn/burn mechanics, and personalization.
Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders, including executive teams.
Stay current on loyalty and retention best practices across industries and business models.
8+ years designing and building loyalty programs, ideally across B2B, B2C, and/or marketplace businesses.
Track record evaluating the unit economics and business case behind loyalty investments, not just program design.
Strong blend of product and marketing instincts, with a clear read on what motivates people to take action.
Comfortable operating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and finance stakeholders.
Experience translating strategy into frameworks that product and engineering teams can execute against.
Hands-on operator who has shipped loyalty programs, not just advised on them.
Comfortable in open-ended, evaluative engagements, structuring ambiguity into a clear deliverable.
Familiarity with loyalty and rewards platforms such as Yotpo, Smile.io, Annex Cloud, Bond, or custom-built systems.
CRM and lifecycle marketing tools.
Analytics platforms for cohort, retention, and unit economics analysis.
Join a team that values expertise, flexibility, and meaningful work with some of the most innovative brands in the world. Exciting opportunities are available now — apply today to join our network of experts!
